Operations Associate - Venture Capital

We are seeking an operations associate to join our early-stage Crypto/Blockchain VC firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund administration and operations and a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain investment landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of fund operations, including compliance, accounting, and reporting

• Manage relationships with service providers, including auditors, fund administrators, and legal counsel

• Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient and effective fund operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance, to support fundraising efforts and drive growth

• Stay current on market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory developments in the crypto and blockchain space

• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial statements for the fund

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in fund operations, finance, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of the crypto and blockchain investment landscape

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Ability to analyze financial data and present information in a clear and concise manner

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field

• Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting requirements for investment funds
