The company is focused on bringing the metaverse and NFTs to a wider audience and is in the process of expanding its team in order to find and invest in promising NFT projects.

The company's approach to marketing and social media involves directly communicating with creators, consumers, and brands across various sectors such as fine art, fashion, music, and gaming. The company is seeking a strategic and hands-on chief marketing officer to help grow its crypto community, social media following, and investor base.

About The Position

● Develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels to acquire new users, while determining what drives efficient, scalable growth

● Drive user engagement and retention by creating, testing, and optimizing different channels, gathering feedback to give to our product and engineering team

● Drive content and manage social media teams

● Build strong customer insights by combining qualitative and qualitative methods ● Oversee digital marketing strategy, implementation, and execution

● Lead budget management

● Manage external agency relationships


Skills and Experience

● Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns and teams for a major cryptocurrency project/ blockchain initiative/fintech

● Skilled in multiple digital channels, tools, principles and practices e.g. SEO, Paid Search, Display, Google Analytics, A/B testing, and CRM

● Be extremely comfortable with numbers and what they tell us about our customers, product market fit, and growth

● Experience with data analysis and the best tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualizing data

● Superior verbal and written communication skills

● A passion for technology, cryptocurrencies and supporting the growth of this industry
