About The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised and confident sales team member to join a success- based company culture. The main objective is to raise AUM for the firms asset funds with focus on institutional allocations.
Job Responsibilities:
Source new players interested into the digital assets investment
Build, retain and maintain new relationships with Institutional Investors, Family Offices and HNWI
Directly engage and build new relationships across all seniority levels
Work alongside management team in negotiating deals for new clients
Identify key industry contacts & build brand and capability awareness
Skills and experience:
Crypto enthusiast with a strong sales track record within digital assets, primarily institutional andsecondarily HNWI, Family Offices
Strong ability to negotiate and close deals
Taking clients through full sales cycle
Proven ability to build new relationships with a pro-active approach
Strong digital asset knowledge (blockchains, L1s, L2s, trends, etc)Able to clearly convey ideas and client solutions
Able to produce high standard marketing materialHistory of academic excellence
